Exciting News from Principal’s Desk – Mar 31, 20

Dear Hadi Families,

Assalaam-un-Alaikum,

Alhamdulillah, we are successfully heading towards the end of our third term. It’s hard to believe
that there are less than three months left in the school year. Students are continuing to show
improvement in their academics growth by the grace of Allah (SWT). I wanted to update you
about few things that are happening in Hadi School.

Hadi School Middle School Expansion
I am pleased to inform you that Hadi School’s Board has decided to add the 8th grade for the
2019-2020 academic year as an essential strategic move to expand up to middle school Inshallah.
One of the key factors for this decision was parents’ demand and commitment to the school. We
are excited to continue to provide our students with a comprehensive, personalized learning
curriculum that include utilization of the STEAM Lab and other resources in an Islamic
Environment. May Allah (SWT) guide us and help us in this regard. Thank you for the
continued support to benefit our children and the community.

Hadi School State Recognition
Another fantastic news is that Hadi School received the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
recognition Alhamdolillah.
As the school reached up to middle school, we applied for the initial recognition, and just last
week the officials of ISBE came to visit our school to evaluation all the areas for State and
Federal recognition. The areas they evaluated were:
● Section 1 – Administration Requirement: General Policies compliance and procedures in
place
● Section 2 – Educational Programs: General instructions, curriculum, and lesson plans
● Section 3 – Health and Safety: Building safety, crisis management, student health and
medication, lunch programs
I am thrilled to inform you that Hadi School received a substantial recognition by ISBE. This is
another affirmation that our school maintains quality in education Alhamdlillah. Thanks to all
the parent and staff members who worked tirelessly on this process, especially our administration
team, Ms. Tazheeb, and Ms. Shaheen. May Allah S.T shower his blessings on the school and
those who provide their services.

Parent Lighthouse Committee (PLC)
Besides from our excellent faculty members, Hadi School is blessed to have such an active and
vibrant Parent Lighthouse Committee this year. Our PLC has taken so many initiatives that have
been benefiting our students Mashallah. STEAM Night, Movie Night, Bagels with Baba,
Madeleine with Moms, Islamic Bookfair, market day, Multi-purpose room redesign, Golden
Broom award, to name a few. There’s no better way to know what’s happening in your child’s
school, put your skills and hobbies to use for a noble cause then to join the PLC team.
Additionally, PLC provides you an opportunities to meet other parents and teachers, building
rapport and discussing issues that are on your mind. By getting involved in Hadi School, you’ll
be part of the solution by helping make positive changes in the school. Please consider getting

Leadership Night 2019 :

You are cordially invited to yet another Leadership Night event by Hadi School of Excellence on
Friday, May 3rd 2019. Programs like this help our students sharpen their leadership skills and
provide a platform for ALL our students to demonstrate their talent on the stage. Please note that
we have changed the Venue to Ramada in Glendale Heights, which is about 15 minutes away
from the school. Please make sure to purchase the tickets using Eventbrite. Here is the link:

be no school on Friday, May 3rd, the day of the Leadership Night. Looking forward to meeting

Early Bird Registration for 2019-20:
Once again, the time has come to begin the registration process for the 2019-2020 school year!
The early bird registration for the current students begins on April 1st and ends on April 19th.
Please register soon to take advantage of the early bird registration discount. The registration
